1. During daily use, check relevant items of pump truck before and after use.

2. Refer to the lubrication table to timely and fully lubricate all parts of the pump truck.

3. Select the specified type of hydraulic oil and change the oil for the hydraulic system regularly.

4. Regularly check the water tank, concrete cylinder and concrete delivery pipe of the pumping system.

5. Regularly check and adjust the torque of the fixing bolts of the boom rotating base.

6. Regularly check and adjust boom, rotating base, outrigger, support structure, reducer and other components.

7. Regularly check the working status of hydraulic system and components, electrical system and components.

8. For cold weather, the maintenance method of concrete pump truck shall be adopted.
